Ollie’s wants the communities where we do business to thrive. After all, our employees and customers live, work and raise families in those communities. Therefore, we have created the guidelines below to help us maximize our community support and manage and control the abundance of charitable requests we receive.

While Ollie’s makes every effort to support a variety of groups, our mission is to support organizations that better the lives of children and provide the best opportunities to our next generation.

Ollie’s Primary Corporate Charitable Programs

We currently support the following national organizations regularly and in significant ways through store events and other means: 

Toys for Tots  

Since 1947, the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation has provided year-round joy and comfort to more than 300 million disadvantaged children with donations of new toys & books. Ollie’s partnership with Toys for Tots has been bringing smiles to children’s faces since 2020 & thanks to our generous customers and hardworking associates, we’re proud to say we’ve donated more $5.1 million and thousands of toys over the past 6 years! Together, we’re helping make the magic of Christmas a reality for kids and families in the communities we serve.

 Feeding America 

Ollie's is proud to be a Feeding America® Mission Partner in the fight to end hunger. Since 2020, we’ve raised $2.9 million to support Feeding America, which benefits more than 130 local food banks in the communities we serve. Every $1 donated helps deliver at least 10 meals, and in 2024 we raised enough to provide nearly 8 million meals for children & families in need. Partnering with Feeding America means we’re making a real difference in the lives of millions facing food insecurity, one meal at a time.

 Children’s Miracle Network 

Ollie's has been a proud partner Children’s Miracle Network for 14 incredible years, raising over $4.6 million to make a difference for sick children. Whether it’s funding life-saving research, training the next generation of doctors and nurses, or providing crucial care for 170 hospitals across the U.S. and Canada, Children's Miracle Network makes sure funds go exactly where they’re needed most. This year alone, thanks to our AMAZING customers and associates, we raised over $625,000 to help support local children and families facing urgent medical challenges in our local communities. Together, we’re creating brighter futures for kids.

 Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation 

For over 15 years, Ollie's has partnered with the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation to bring real change to the lives of at-risk youth across the country. Through mentoring programs, Youth Development Parks, and hands-on STEM education, the foundation provides kids the opportunity to develop critical life skills while connecting with their communities in safe, fun, and healthy ways. With the help of our generous customers and hardworking associates, we've donated over $13.3 million to the foundation since 2009.

Donation Request Guidelines

Solicitation Requests

With the exception of Ollie’s primary corporate charitable programs such as those described above, Ollie’s believes that other forms of solicitation, no matter how well intentioned, can cause disruption to our associates and customers and may interfere with our primary charitable programs. Therefore, on premise solicitation of any kind including, but not limited to, canning, distribution of literature or collecting cash or in kind donations (goods/services) at any Ollie’s location is strictly prohibited at all times.

Donation or Charitable Sponsorship Request Guidelines

Ollie’s will provide all eligible applicants that have a 501(c)(3) Federal E.I.N. with a 15% discount certificate to use towards one transaction at any Ollie’s store location. Due to the very large number of donation requests we receive, we cannot honor product, cash, or gift card requests. Please complete the below form if the 15% discount certificate would benefit your non-profit organization. All eligible applicants will receive the 15% certificate to the mailing address that is submitted on the below form. Certificates expire six months after issue date. Certificates are limited to one discount per benefiting organization per year. Certificate is a one-time use only discount.
